The practitioners we’d send our best friend to.
Why we’re asking you
Most of us have a story about being dismissed. The appointment where it was “probably just stress.” The bloods that came back normal while you knew something wasn’t right. Walking out feeling smaller than when you walked in.
But most of us also remember the one who got it right — the doctor or practitioner who finally listened, took us seriously, and helped us feel like ourselves again. That person changes everything. And right now, the only way another woman finds them is by luck.
That’s what this list is here to fix — not with ads or paid placements, but with something far more trustworthy: the word of women who’ve actually sat in the chair. When you tell us who helped you, you’re not just saying thank you. You’re handing the next woman a shortcut through the years it can take to find good care.
So this is us asking. Who took your perimenopause seriously? Tell us — and help us build the thing we all wish we’d had.
How it works
- You nominate. Tell us about the practitioner who actually listened — and helped.
- We check. Every nomination is vetted against our standards and clinically reviewed by Dr Kelly Needham.
- It goes live. Approved practitioners are added — free, on merit, never pay-to-play.
Nominate a practitioner
Know someone who deserves a place? It takes about two minutes.
A nomination is a starting point, not an automatic listing. PeriHelp does not provide medical advice; inclusion reflects our editorial judgement, not a clinical endorsement. Reviewed by Dr Kelly Needham.
