PERIHELP
Track perimenopause.
Walk in with proof.
Log symptoms in seconds. See your pattern. Take one clear page to your GP.

What it does

  • Track everything that’s actually going on — symptoms, medication, and your cycle, all in one place. Log hot flushes, brain fog, mood, sleep and more in a few taps a day. Add your medications — HRT, anything else you’re on — in your own words, and the app quietly builds an adherence record alongside them. Log your period (or note a Mirena or other device) and the app works out where you are in your cycle — as a record, never a prediction.
  • See your pattern, not just today. Perimenopause symptoms fluctuate — that’s their signature. The app charts your symptom load over time, shows your most frequent symptoms at a glance, and overlays your cycle so you can see how the two connect.
  • Walk into your appointment with a ready-made summary. The “For your GP” page turns everything you’ve logged into a clear, doctor-readable page: your most persistent symptoms, your cycle pattern, your medications and adherence — copy it as text or download it as a PDF. It even helps you find the words: pick what you’d like to talk about (being brushed off before, how your HRT is going, symptoms that haven’t settled) and it builds talking points around your own data.
  • Help someone else understand, without opening up your whole log (coming soon). Create a private, warm page in your own words for a partner or someone close — they get a link, never access to your account or your day-to-day entries.
  • No app store, no fuss. Open it on your phone and add it to your home screen — it works exactly like an app from the store, with none of the download friction.

Why there’s nothing quite like it

There are period apps, and there are wellness apps, and there are overseas menopause apps. What we couldn’t find anywhere was this: a perimenopause tracker built in Australia, for the Australian system. So we built it.

  • Made for the Australian appointment. The summary is designed for a real Australian GP consult — short, structured, readable in the time your doctor actually has.
  • Clinically reviewed here, not translated from overseas. Health content across PeriHelp is reviewed by Dr Kelly Needham, an Australian doctor with a special interest in women’s health.
  • Your data stays in Australia. Hosted in Sydney. Owned by you. Never sold.
  • Built by a woman living it. PeriHelp was founded by an Australian woman in the thick of this stage — the app exists because she needed it and it didn’t.

How to get it

That’s it — it sits on your home screen and works like any other app. The core tracker is free, and it takes less than a minute a day. As the app grows, some advanced features will be part of PeriHelp Plus, our paid tier — everyday tracking stays free.

The PeriHelp app is a tracking and self-advocacy tool, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose anything and doesn’t replace advice from a qualified doctor.
